This is not possible because in a customized order with your image, we have to have it charged before being able to print it.

Yes of course. Today any image taken with a digital camera (mobile, tablets or camera) is perfectly valid.

When ordering indicate in the "Additional Comments" field that you want it in black and white and we will do it.
You can upload up to 100 mb into our system. If your image is superior, upload it to Dropbox, Wetransfer, etc. and indicate us the cloud link in your order.

Two things can occure. If you have paid by transfer it takes up to 48 hours in reflecting your payment and therefore to activate your order. And if you have paid your order by Paypal or card, which is immediately, but it still appears as UNPAID, check if your paid order corresponds to the ID of your order. Perhaps you are looking at an old one which you have payed before
